Artist Statement:
By forcing the Macau city onto a background of black and white, I visualize the relationship of people to this tradition as an interlacing urban net. Black and red are also colors that reflect my complicated feelings towards the town. As society changes and develops so fast, human interaction becomes formalized and abstract --more advanced yet also more distant. It is an on-going process.
