French photographer Emmanuel Serna has resided in Hong Kong for over a decade, where he has built a family and come to regard the city as his home.

Initially driven by personal emotions and perspectives to observe this city he calls “Home," he gradually grew curious about how other residents live in this “Home.”— How do they act on a daily basis when they are free of all pressure? What relationships and interactions do they have with public space? How do they occupy it? What temporary or permanent traces do they leave behind? How do they manage to feel at home in places other than their apartment or house?…

Through his photography, Emmanuel seeks to find answers to every question about the relationships between himself, others, and the land.
